Pat Antoniak: Founder & Owner of Natural Comfort
Pat Antoniak RN, BN, RA, EOT, AG Reg., Reiki and Energy Healing Practitioner.
Pat has both a diploma and degree in nursing and has been a practicing Registered Nurse for 50 + years. She specializes in mental health care, individual and group therapy, acute and chronic pain management, health education and research. Pat has retired from direct nursing instruction and patient care services at local hospitals, but continues to offer private nursing support by special arrangement for post-hospital care or end of life support. She has active registration with the provincial and federal nursing associations.
Pat has been in the Aromatherapy field since 1995 and held many association positions over the years. Her company, Natural Comfort Aromatherapy, has offered services, products and education to those in the Lower Mainland and abroad since 1995. Pat developed and taught the first Aromatherapy Practitioner Program for Langara College, Vancouver, BC. She continues to teach Advanced and Interest Courses for aromatherapists and other therapists. She has written aromatherapy and related therapy articles for several professional journals and newsletters.
In 2005, she opened the Natural Comfort Wellness Centre – a multi-modality holistic wellness and teaching Centre in Tsawwassen (Delta), BC. For eight years, she and her therapist staff provided care, support and education to the public and other therapists. In 2013, she downsized and reorganized the Centre into a one-person business. In 2022, she further downsized by closing the bricks and mortar Centre. So Pat became available again to clients via ZOOM, phone and in-person. But this didn’t last for long as clients wanted in-person sessions with her! Now, Pat is available via Zoom, Phone or In-Person. In May 2025, Pat opened a new Wellness Centre in the same building she’d been in since 2010. With more space now for services, meditations, retail, teaching and social gatherings, Natural Comfort again encourages community and connection for all who enter.
In addition to her nursing and aromatherapy, Pat has training in Healing Touch, Ayurvedic massage, energy work using crystals, colour, sound, Reiki and chakra balancing. Pat has blended her nursing, aromatherapy and energetic practices into a comprehensive, client-centered approach to care.
